I get a kick out of seeing a satisfied customer. I have a long background in business, including decades in the solar industry. I accomplished my first solar installation in 1985 with Steiner Solar Service, what a different world it was back in the day. I know that a satisfied customer is worth far more than any marketing gimmick. Every customer is unique and I/we treat them as such, we still know every client by name. I work hard at making “my clients’ problems” my own and always seek to find the best solution possible for each one. Life is pretty simple for me, I enjoy cool restaurants, my buds, my family Lisa and Kenneth Casey and of course harassing Jim as much as possible. I saw he say’s he volunteers, he does do a lot, but only because I drag him kicking and screaming. 😉
I’ve done electrical contracting for over 40 years. I know that far greater results come from doing it right the first time rather than chasing the quick buck. I enjoy reading, working as a volunteer outside of Sunco Solar, doing projects with my wife and playing with my dogs Rocko and Sherlock.
I have been installing solar systems for what feels like forever and in construction for even longer, yes, years and years for both. I definitely love my work and this company. I’m always up for a challenge especially when it comes to karaoke, playing bass guitar or skateboarding with my old geezer 50 and over crew. And yes, I do surf on occasion. The wife hates it but I’ve got to stay ahead of my kids.
I love my work, my family and San Diego. But when it’s vacation time, I’m out of here. Check this out, Haiti was this years vacation spot. Who goes there, but I loved it. I’ve known Warren since I was a kid and have worked with him and Sunco Solar for the last 5 years. I can’t ever see leaving, why would I want to, I might have to grow up : )
I am the accountant and personal assistant for the guys, keeping them in line (as you know, the only adult in the room). Things I love most, Ricardo my husband, little Rick, my 6 year old and of course chocolate! Little Rick’s favorite thing, Legos! One more thing, I’ve known Jim and Warren for most of my adult life. There’s no doubt, we are friends for life!
Our first job was back in 1985. Times were certainly different, but some things never change. Our commitment to customer satisfaction has only grown through the years.
