I get a kick out of seeing a satisfied customer. I have a long background in business, including decades in the solar industry. I accomplished my first solar installation in 1985 with Steiner Solar Service, what a different world it was back in the day. I know that a satisfied customer is worth far more than any marketing gimmick. Every customer is unique and I/we treat them as such, we still know every client by name. I work hard at making “my clients’ problems” my own and always seek to find the best solution possible for each one. Life is pretty simple for me, I enjoy cool restaurants, my buds, my family Lisa and Kenneth Casey and of course harassing Jim as much as possible. I saw he say’s he volunteers, he does do a lot, but only because I drag him kicking and screaming. 😉
